This flask contains freshly made wort (pre fermented grain sugar and water) and many colonies of yeast cells. A magnetic stir bar spins at the bottom of the flask to elevate oxygen levels and agitate the solution. With the right amount of sugar, water and oxygen this yeast family can propigate from 200 billion to 800 billion yeast cells!!! This happy yeast will be added to our IPA and Porter to make the magic happen.
