KING MATE

English Style IPA infused with Yerba Maté, ABV ~ 6.5%, IBU ~ 63

King Maté is a Yerba Maté infused English Style IPA with an American twist. This medium bodied IPA has a huge amount of tropical fruit and citrus aroma, due to the 3X dry hop, intermingled with a prominent malty character. The twist here is the yerba mate infusion; We infuse the Maté post boil, during the cooling process, in order to preserve as much nutritional value, and earthy bitterness, as possible. Both hops and maté work together brilliantly to balance the toasty sweetness of the English malt. 

DAS WEISS

Weissbier, ABV ~5.1%, IBU ~13.5
 
Das Weiss is a German style wheat beer with an emphasis on authenticity. Our proper Weissbier will greet you with enticing aromatic fruity esters as well as some spicy phenols, reminiscent of banana and clove, layered over sweet maltiness and a slight noble hop aroma. Upon first sip the sweet malty character of the pilsner and wheat malts take flight, thanks to a traditional German brewing process called Decoction, and are then gently grounded by mild German noble hop bitterness. This ode to Weissbier is a crisp and refreshing ale that is great for any occasion, but we think it is best served Now. 

DRACA

Robust Smoked Porter infused with Chipotle Peppers, ABV ~5.6%, IBU ~46

Draco is a Chipotle Pepper infused Robust Porter. This porter has a prominent smoked malt character with undertones of chocolate and roasted coffee layered over a mild spicy warmth. Subtle complexity combined with premium cherry-wood smoked malt and freshly smoked central coast red jalapenos to form a beautiful creature forged by smoke, sugar, and fire. No matter if you age your Draco or drink it fresh off the shelf, this dragon will always be a great companion for those weekend BBQs or cold evenings by the fire.
